Dear Student
A warm welcome to all Students getting ready for the 2016 Academic Year. Congratulations to those students who were successful in their studies in the 2015 Academic Year. The NCPETF is proud of you. Carry on the good work!
2016 Funding Limit
The NCPETF Funding Limit for the 2016 academic year is as follows:
R70, 000 for University studies
R60 000 for University of Technology studies.
Acknowledgement of Debt – Continuing Students
A resolution passed by the Board of Trustees of the Northern Cape Premier’s Education Trust Fund rules that no Letter of Support for the 2016 Academic year may be issued to Continuing Students who have not signed an Acknowledgement of Debt Agreement for the prior year(s)’ debt. Students are hereby requested to obtain Acknowledgement of Debt Agreements from the Office as soon as possible. This Agreement has to be signed by the same parties who signed the Study Loan Contract. Monthly Stipends
The NCPETF, will only be able to process monthly stipends after payment of Registration Fees. Please submit your statements from the Institution of Higher Learning at your earliest.
Students who require the monthly stipend, must submit their requests on or before the 7th of every month.
Documentation required by the Office is a letter requesting the payment of the Stipend and Bank Proof of the account into which the Stipend must be paid. Please submit all of the above to Gracz.
2016 Applicants
Please note the final date for submission of outstanding documentation is 14 January 2016. Thereafter no correspondence can be considered as preparations are made for Adjudication.
Adjudication takes place on 18-20 January 2015.
